| Posted: 30 Jan 2010 10:40 PM PST  This component is part of the mylansite suite of components for LAN party organization. You can have multiple rooms assigned to a single event (mylansite Events). Designing the layout your room is made really easy through the use of AJAX in the backend. It comes with a default set of elements which you can place, but also allows you to create your own element categories and upload element icons. From the frontend, users can view the map and choose the seat they want. Additionally, you can allow users to place a reservation which will be held for a certain lenght of time (configurable) for some of their friends.

It features possibility for users to write comments and complete reviews of an event. Recently, a brand new totally flexible ticketing system has been added which allows you to publish different tickets at different times (e.g. to give an early bird discount), offer volume discounts, give users to buy more than one ticket and hand them off to one of their friends (using a generated code). You can even pre-define codes if you want to give free admission to people (for example if you do a raffle for free admission). Payment processing is 100% automated using PayPal. Other payment gateways might be added later.
